Overview of fireDB

With fireDB you can quickly build data driven web applications right from the browser. There is no software to install or deploy. Applications are built in real-time and are instantly available to use.

We use PHP5 and the Zend Framework on the server side, MySQL for the database, and ExtJS for the user interface. Our document template engine is powered by Smarty

Entities and Fields

Create and modify database tables (entities) and fields directly from fireDB.

Form Designer

Create rich web forms that look just like the ones you see in regular desktop apps.

Query Builder

Display your database queries in a rich data grid. Edit records directly from the grid (no need to open a form).

Code Hooks (form)

You still want to write code? You can add JavaScript code hooks to form control events.

Document Engine

Merge data with document templates (pdf and rtf/word). We use the powerful Smarty template engine.
